Unlimited edits do include edits to content changing, headers or footers, changing plugin settings, banner changing, blog content or context edits, adding a new landing page, changing images or text, adding coupon codes.

In unlimited edits do not include custom development, plugin theme updating custom code changing, graphic design, creation of content, or building out a new website or subdomain.

No issue! WP Agents can manage websites for you whether you’re running 1 or 10. Our care plans each cover one single site, domain, subdomain. If you have more than one website then you need to choose different plans for each website depending on the needs of each individual site.

Don’t worry! We’ll fix it, or we’ll roll it back to the previous version of the site. Sometimes conflicting plugins need to be replaced and we can help with that too

Our WP Agents care plan does clean up the malware & diagnose the site for any vulnerable part and fix them, so that, you do not face any issues as well as covered under all of this in our care plans.

After subscribing to any of our plans, you will receive an invoice at the e-mail ID provided by you. Then, if you haven’t shared credentials while subscribing time. Meanwhile, we will be setting up such as maintenance, backups, and up-gradation of core files, themes, and plugins. Within 24-48 hours, we will be starting an audit on your site and will be sharing our improvement suggestions with you.
 
However, the speed enhancement of the site can take up to a week as we will be optimizing core files as well as themes and plugins properly. We believe in delivering the best services without compromising on your site’s speed. Moreover, our team will let you know how they are working with your website.

There is no refund policy because the first 28 Days we are proving FREE WordPress maintenance so in between we are no charging a single penny so in between if you’re not happy with us then you can cancel the plan anytime.

Backups are stored on a separate server. If anything happens your website covered 100%. We can always restore the backup.
